The ELC Cares Employee Relief Fund (ELC Cares Fund)

To support employees impacted by catastrophic disasters (including the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria), personal disasters, and personal hardships, the company created the ELC Cares Fund to provide eligible employees globally with immediate and critical financial relief.

Support to Critical Relief and Recovery Efforts

ELC, its brands, and its Charitable Foundation are pledging a total donation of $400,000 to UNICEF in order to support critical relief and recovery efforts for children and families in affected areas.

ELC Good Works

To uphold its company values and support employees who wish to contribute to communities affected by the earthquakes, ELC Good Works offers a double-match (2 dollars for every 1 dollar donated, or local currency equivalent) on eligible employee donations to various nonprofits year-round, including the ELC Cares Fund.

“The global ELC community is united in its efforts to support those impacted by this natural disaster,” the company stated. “We will continue to adapt our resources and actions as recovery efforts unfold.”
